We have a place that we are supposed to rent out the starting of this year but it’s getting a bit delayed for some reason. The contractor is still on the works and hopefully it will be ready next month so we can start earning from it. I actually had fun picking out the materials and fixtures that we want for that place and I’m glad it wasn’t tedious. We picked out stuff that we think will look great, simple and everyone will surely like. The place only needed a kitchen and bathroom upgrades. We did pick out some bathroom lighting too.
