We Need New TV Mount

Our boy is getting to be a smart cookie besides being a handful. I couldn’t get a chance to simply relax and get on the computer because he is all over the place. He is not only a good dancer to Barney’s theme song, but he actually knows to switch the television power on and off which we think is funny so does he. That is because as soon as he does it he quickly gets away from it like someone chases him since I make a sound trying to stop him and he just gives this sweet smile at us. The hubby says it’s about time we have to get a higher tv mount or else we will never get to concentrate on what we are watching. We end up laughing a lot though when it happens. Thank goodness he goes to bed at a pretty reasonable time so we could watch our favorite programs at prime time. Oh well, he’s learning and it’s a progress for our young man.

Bathroom Lighting

We have a place that we are supposed to rent out the starting of this year but it’s getting a bit delayed for some reason. The contractor is still on the works and hopefully it will be ready next month so we can start earning from it. I actually had fun picking out the materials and fixtures that we want for that place and I’m glad it wasn’t tedious. We picked out stuff that we think will look great, simple and everyone will surely like. The place only needed a kitchen and bathroom upgrades. We did pick out some bathroom lighting too. I think this one on the photo looks good enough that I found at lightoutlet.com.

I Can't Believe I Bought It

I can’t believe it, I actually bought that Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro lens that I have been dying to have. LOL! Now I’m broke. Whoaah! Anyway, I hope I will really enjoy it. I don’t want to be sorry if I had spent that lot of money when I don’t really get the time and enjoyment for a hobby. I have to make sure I set my schedule well so I can develop my photography skills. Anyway, I hope it will be here tomorrow as estimated in the delivery. I’m anxious to get hold of it and take some close up shots of anything and everything!

Summer and Pool Floats

Summer is here and I so looking forward to going to the beach nearby. I wish there is a pool here in our place that would be ideal too. I would have loved to get one of those pool floats and enjoy the sun. Oh well, I hope the summer won’t be over soon so we can find time to do something and make use of the season’s best.

Top Wrinkle Cream

I am going to be another year older this week but I don’t feel like I’ve matured a lot. LOL! I mean, I don’t feel like I’m getting old. Hehehe. Sooner or later I might be checking out on top wrinkle cream as soon as I see signs of aging on my skin. I hope that’s not going to happen real soon though. I can’t imagine myself trying to get rid of wrinkles already.

Xoom Coupon Codes

I send money to my family back home every month. I couldn’t be happier after I found a coupon code for Xoom that works. It was only my first time to have tried a coupon code on money transfer. I am not sure though when it’s going to expire, but you could try again. I used it yesterday and checked it again today and found a comment saying it didn’t work for him. Well, there’s no harm in trying and it might save you some bucks. I just saved $7.99 on this one.

Buy Memory

I have no idea why our CPU is getting noisy. It must need more memory. I think that’s the reason why it boots up slowly too. I am no expert but our computer is a couple of year old already and we might have to buy memory for it so it will perform properly again. Someone please give me a suggestion? Anyway, if you are in the same shoes getting an extra memory at buy.com will be worth it.

Toys

A lot of kids in this country have so much. I mean so much of everything especially when it comes to toys. Every house with a child or two families have a room for play or for toys only. I guess that explains why kids get spoiled because it seems as if toys come as a reward even if they don’t need them. Yes, there is educational stuff that actually helps their development or improves their learning progress, but hey they get tired of them so quickly and that’s money down the drain.

The Nifty Fifty

Photography is really getting into my system now. Not that I’m becoming a good one since I never really practiced a lot. It’s the urge of getting more accessories, lenses, and what have you. I don’t even have time to get out taking more photos and here I want to come up with the gadgets that are pricey and are definitely unnecessary as of the moment.

If I have all the money in the world I would have splurged on. Life as it is, there are so many things we want that we can’t simply have anytime we want them. I simply love B&H because they have almost everything I want so don't be surprise to see photos of their stock items here. LOL! I hope they don't mind i or they'll lose a customer. Hehehe!

The lightest EF lens of all at a mere 0.29 lb. Compact and high-performance, standard lens. Its Gaussian optics provide sharp delineation from near to far focusing distances. The color balance is excellent for a standard lens.

Wish List: Where Art Thou?

My birthday is coming up soon and still hasn’t made any wish list. I really should have and I’ve been promising myself about it many times before. Anyway, I guess it’s not too late to enumerate the things I have on my list just yet. I don’t really mind not getting any of them for my birthday. There are more reasons to get them later on. LOL!

Wood Blinds

I don’t know how common wood blinds are but I think they look nicer than the usual vertical blinds in most homes. I wanted to have a somewhat rustic look of the wood material. I don’t really like our present blinds that much it’s hard to clean them. I would love to replace them one day and the wooden kind would be on top of the list.

Baby Gifts

My friend’s baby is going to be baptized soon and I am actually looking for some baby gifts for that special occasion of an infant’s life. I don’t have anything in mind just yet but I know where to look for one. I am happy to have stumbled on this cute bloomer.

This baby girl’s bloomer set is so fresh and unique. How often do you find a beautiful outfit in greens for a baby girl? This two piece set has a trapeze top with a yoke collar and matching bloomers. The print is gorgeous and striking on a little girl. SO adorable!

Thinking About It

I know I should have bought my hubby a present for Father’s Day that is coming up really soon. I guess I’m just going to keep it simple by baking a cake for him. Nothing is sweeter than a present with personal touch. I have yet to find out what I could bake though as I only do it rarely and am not a savvy when it comes to baking at all. I should have bought him a gift basket perhaps. Oh well.

5 Million Dollar Home Crumpler

I previously posted on a camera bag. I just found a really cool one that I would love to get instead. This doesn’t scream “camera bag” at all which makes it really nice. They come in different colors and sizes, too. Now, I have to decide which size and colors I want to own. LOL! Anyway, I am talking about this Crumpler. I might just get the 5 Million Dollar Home size. Yeah, I know the name sounds just as cool as the style.

Life Needs Shipping Boxes

I can’t imagine what life will be without shipping boxes. It would be difficult for people to pack things up when moving to anew house or when sending a parcel to friends or loved ones. I don’t think plastic bags will help much either. I won’t be easy to keep some old stuff that you don’t want to use anymore without them, too if you want to send them to those that could use them. Life needs shipping boxes. People abroad needs shipping boxes to send some imported products to their fellowmen in their hometown. Boxes are definitely of great importance. Have you sent a box today?

Canon Gadget Bag On My Wish List

Besides the dream of getting a macro lens for my camera, I wanted to get the accessories that are good investments especially when it comes to protection and more proper capture of photos like a case and a tripod. I don’t really have much time to set aside just for a hobby but I think I can make it work once I have the right stuff intended for it. I know pretty well it can get really pricey to indulge in photography, but I will be acquiring some stuff eventually. Anyway, I am saving this Canon gadget bag on my wish list at B&H and they don’t have it in stock which hopefully will be available soon so I can make an order. This should be great with two lenses and the camera body which I can foresee myself having one day.

Patio Furniture

Well, it’s that time of year once again when everyone wants to enjoy a nice and sunny weather. What could be better after some time of hibernation during the cold days of winter than beach time and some backyard barbecue? Speaking of which, if you love eating out at your backyard with friends and family, it would be great to have your patio furniture all set already. Or is it there yet? I bet a lot of us look forward to having that kind of ambiance as eating some hotdogs and burgers some nights and perhaps do some grilling for dinner.
