Glittery Report

My computer is booting up really slow these days. I wonder if it needs extra memory. I am not certain whether it’s what makes it perform this slowly though. Some say it doesn’t have to do with it. Anyway, I will definitely get an external hard drive for this before it retires on me. I have been putting it off for months now which aren’t good. Oh well.

We will definitely be going to Florida this winter and driving a long way with a toddler in tow makes me thinking whether it’s going to be easy or not. We would have to get a GPS so as to make exits from I-95 a lot easier in case we need to take an important stop whenever our boy complains. Oh well, my hubby knows the trip very well as he has done it for years. We just don’t have any idea how tough or easy it is going to be with a little one traveling that far by car. We’ll see.

My son is learning so many things. He is going to be 22 months soon and still working on his speech. He does say some words he learned so quickly either from his favorite cartoon shows or directly from me or his daddy. That’s why we have to be careful what we actually say that he could hear or he would copy us. There are some words I want him to repeat but couldn’t say yet, that’s the reason why it’s exciting to hear new ones that just comes up in a surprise. Well, his official first sentence is, “Where did it go?” from his dad.

My road test is coming soon. It will be on the 23rd of this month. I am so hoping that I will finally make it this time around. I needed that driver’s license for a lot of reasons. I definitely needed mobility and freedom. LOL! Gosh, I did some practice yesterday and today and couldn’t be happier to have gotten the proper way or techniques to do a perpendicular and parallel parking. I think I am ready for the test. I just hope I don’t get nervous on the day so I can remember the most important things to do before I even start the car. Anyway, I have yet to read all about budgeting software. Ciao for now!

I am in need of a new set of fall wardrobe so pretty soon before this month ends we will go shopping. I am eyeing on Old Navy and GAP basic stuff since I don’t really go out a lot. Unless there’s a special occasion or a holiday I would be getting special or more appropriate type of clothing for that particular event. Oh well, I can’t wait for that day to come. I will definitely post my loot here. So, watch out for it!

I’m thinking about doing Pilates again and work on improving my posture and perhaps develop a muscular figure. LOL! Just a little bit you know. I am not really wishing I can look like an athlete but to simply change a routine into a more active and healthy living. I definitely am not in need of diet pills at all and it’s good to leave it that way forever.

Recently, I noticed that my weight have gone up. Well, that’s what I thought anyway because my jeans didn’t fit like it used to. I thought for sure I need diet supplements after having a baby. I realized in few weeks that my clothes do still fit after all. There are times that I just feel different perhaps before my monthly agony starts. It’s when I really feel a bit bigger. Not quite really. I am still skinny.

I’ve been pretty crazy over leather handbags lately. Yea, like most normal women are! Or am I even one of them? Not quite, really. LOL! I just can’t get my eyes off at Tano’s website and drool over some personal picks of this season’s designs. Oh well, at least I don’t go for Gucci or Prada. I am not after them at all! Unless I have a good paying job and if I hangout with socialites or when I have an active social life, I might opt for those or else they’ll only gather dust in the closet if not my bank will only scream broke!

Anyway, if I would have to collect those kind, by the time I really need them there will be new designs that will come out. That's just my own opinion. But, if it's a designer and a high-end one, old or new it doesn't really matter for those who have a lot of dough to burn. Hahaha! Anyway, I have purchased this Tano Strictly Sauvage in amethyst. The one in the picture is ruby. This is my first Tano oversize bag for fall. I wish I go out to work or shopping everyday so I can show if off. I love it! I can't wait to walk her around town.

For the first time this year, I got a big pimple. Well, as far as I can remember. I don’t really have serious problem when it comes to acne and I must say I am lucky to be. I only get it once in a blue moon especially when I missed some sleep or when my period is fast approaching. My sister is just the opposite though. When she reached adolescence, her facial issues started so early and she still hasn’t outgrown it now that she is in her early 20’s I do hope though that she will get over it soon for her sake.

When I was young I used to imagine what my house would be like if I were going to be rich. LOL! I always wanted to have a place for everything and everything in its place. You know a place for entertainment, family and friends. I wanted to have a place for books too with nice bookshelves

even though I don’t really read a lot. I just wanted to see things in my home in their proper places so I know where to find when I need them and put them back when I’m through. That sort of thing! Dream on!

It’s getting chillier each day and it means it’s that time once again when hibernation is a must for a lot of creatures great or small. LOL! Winter is just around the corner, you know. Hubby will be complaining again that he will be gaining weight during that time since it’s a break from outside activities and even work. Our business closes for that season so we pretty much stay home most of the wintry days and months. What a beautiful life indeed.

I’ve been trying to get myself away from the computer in the past couple of days due to a bad migraine. It’s been awhile since the previous one and I am glad it’s not really very frequent. I guess I was under a lot of stress in the past weeks which must have triggered the attack. I learned that missing sleep is one of causes as well.

I had some interrupted sleep few nights ago due to our son’s waking in the night to scratch when his eczema bothered him. I’m a bit relieved after getting the prescription for his skin problem which eases the itch so he’s been sleeping pretty well after that. Now, I am trying to regain my normal self again.
