We are going to NY later. Hubby is out to do some work for a couple of hours and then he will be back so we could leave to do our project for today. We had planned to clean up the condo hoping that we will get new tenants soon. Our first tenants only stayed for a year and moved to their new home. We wished they chose to live there longer, but that's just not the case.
They wanted to find a smaller house for them after selling their bigger home. It's inevitable for us to want our first tenant to stay because it's simply not easy to have to pay a maintenance fee when no one is living there all the more when we don't get to receive anything in the mail every month for rent. Sigh. Anyway, I'm looking up for rain barrels for now. Will be back shortly after this.
