The baseball season is here again. The fans are surely anxious to see their teams on television or at the stadiums they love to go to. Hubby is one of them and he does follow his favorite team's game. I actually learned to like the game because of him and roots for the team he is a big fan of. I remember my first time at the Yankee Stadium which was my first baseball game I went to since I sat foot in the US. The New York Yankees tickets were given by his best friend. We were just lucky to have been invited to watch the game. Anyway, that was probably 3 years ago. I don't know when my second time will be

I need a friend
I'm glad my son is napping so I can have my "alone time". I was supposed to go to the mall to let him play there and to stroll around to see if I'd like to buy seom spring and summer clothing. But, I definitely got so lazy since yesterday. I like driving on Sundays because there is less traffic so I was supposed to go then. I decided not to go since I thought I had a late start and today is the same. I just hate driving alone, I guess. I mean, I have my son with me but I would love to have friends to tag along you know. It's going to be more fun if that is the case.Well, I better start making friends so I wil have company to invite to malls and outher outings.

A productive day it was!
Hubby just called me on the phone asking if I could bring him some change for the cash register because he ran out and it's getting busier after I left. I was sorry because our boy just fell asleep for his nap time so I couldn't really run out to the bank for him. He doesn't have anyone to call to do the errands for him. Well, I'm glad that he remembered he had money in his car.
He's got enough to get by at least before the end of the day. I just hope he's got enough until his friend will be there to assist him after he gets out from his work. Anyway, I'm glad I was able to help him today. I think we need one of those custom rubber stamps I saw online. We need one at the range to stamp the frequent smacker cards for authenticity.

Estate planning
Our business has recently opened for the season. We are hoping that the economic situation won't affect us badly as a lot of business have. Although, we notice that we did a good start. We can only hope that it will be consistent throughout the summer and late fall if possible. My hubby is also looking into some estate planning. We want to keep our assets safe in preparation of the unknown. Accidents can happen in our business and with that in mind we have make sure we are protecting what we have.

On duty at the golf range
Hubby is giving his second golf lesson of the day while Casey and I are on duty at the shop when customers are coming to get some tokens for the ball machine. Basically, my job in our business is to be the sub-cashier today or whenever no one is available among the employees for an early opening time. Anyway, I like it here when I have something to get busy with. I don't mind attending to our golf enthusiast customers. I enjoy dealing with different kinds of people too. I just get a kick out of those who think they can play golf and when they practice they look really funny. Anyway, got to do some work here. Ciao!

Enough cold already!
Today isn't very fine. It's actually chilly. I thought it would have been warm because the sun was out. So, I just preferred to stay home and got productive with something else like the chores and everything. I had enough of the winter already and being out in the cold for this long is not funny. LOL! I'm glad I've been very consistent with giving my son his nap time. Even if it's later than most kids his age get at least he is not all worn out at the end of the day. We have our own schedule and it pretty much works for the kind of life we have. Well, I've been requested to read a nuphedra review, so ta ta for now!

Clean carpet!
I recently got a steamvac and I’m glad I did. It was the only way I could get rid of the heavy stains on our carpet as we have a toddler who is ever willing to make me work harder. LOL! We’re not into pets so it’s not a big a problem as having cats and dogs in our home. Besides pet mess, you will have to deal with their hygiene. Frontline knows that and they make sure they could solve some of the problems of those who have pets. Anyway, I like our carpet now and would love to clean it up again perhaps once a month depending on how messy my little tot turns the place into.

Happy and Sad
I just talked to my cousin today. It seems like she’s having trouble in dealing with her boyfriend. I tried to talk her into fixing the relationship yet she is also tempted to break up with him so she can avoid getting hurt more and more. She thinks it’s the only way she could move on. I don’t know the guy pretty well since I never met him in person or that I got the chance to really talk and get to know him deeply. But, by the way my cousin tells me her experience, it doesn’t sound like it’s worth pursuing in my opinion.
If none of them is happy and it’s unsolvable, why wait for more heartaches and pains? It’s never going to end. On the other hand, pain, suffering, and sadness are just the spices of life and in any relationship, you will never be happy at all times --- it’s the truth. It serves as the test as to how long and how far you could hold on to each other in spite all the trials. You’ll never know you’re happy when you never felt sadness. I still do hope everything works out for them though.

Shopping for the best deals online
When I buy something online, I make sure to compare prices and take advantage of special deals available. There’s nothing better than saving some bucks and finding the lowest price you could afford. They are there for a reason and you have to take advantage of them. Recently, I’ve been enticed to look for a netbook. I want the convenience and usability it promises. I love the portability of it for basic kind of uses that I do everyday. Anyway, I love to get it on sale. I just have to decide what my main purpose for it so I can identify the kind I wanted. I don’t need anything that has flowery features that I don’t necessarily need so I better make a good decision on this.

Pilates energy is gone the moment I started
I’ve been trying to get my groove back into pilates. In fact, I did it 3 times already this month. I know it sucks since I was aiming 2-3 times a week. But since the beginning of this month when I first thought of it, I only did a few. It helps my back though. It really does, and I like the feeling after being able to stretch out my muscles and freshen up. Although I am not worried about gaining weight or looking for a diet pill that works, I would love to keep my routine healthy and productive by starting a good exercise with the pilates board.

Easter affair
We had a great time yesterday on our Easter dinner at hubby’s niece’s place. As usual, good food and good company were had by all. I’m glad they also enjoyed the cheeses we brought. They were good choices and I would definitely get them again next time we are invited to dinner. I just love to be invited instead of hosting a party. I just can’t deny the fact that it can be stressful to be the hostess and I don’t feel comfortable trying to please everyone. Anyway, it’s a good thing someone in the family loves to hold parties or holiday dinners. Perfect combination! LOL
